Strategic Outreach and Program Coordinator 

• Ms. Weatherspoon is a dedicated educator and Nashville native with over 20 years of experience serving students and families across diverse educational settings. She is a graduate of Whites Creek Comprehensive High School and holds a BS in Psychology and a Special Education Certification from Tennessee State University, along with an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

• Her teaching career spans every grade level from Pre-K to 12th grade, with experience in juvenile justice facilities, charter schools, public schools, and homebound instruction
