Dr. Gray

Special Education and IEP Specialist.

Dr. Gray is a Nashville native who has dedicated more than 20 years to serving students, families, and educators.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Tennessee State University, completed advanced coursework in Special Education.
He also earned a Master’s degree in Instructional Leadership, and later received his Doctorate in Instructional Leadership with a specialization in special education coaching.
Throughout his career, Dr. Gray has worked across Pre K through 12th grade and postsecondary transition support. His experience includes public schools and virtual education, where he has served as a teacher, instructional coach, special education leader, and administrator.
